This blog will explore
the role and impact of web analytics, social advertising and SEO/SEM in online
marketing. The blog is part of a class at West Virginia University where I am a
graduate student in Integrated Marketing Communication.
As a solo-entrepreneur,
I provide web and marketing services to small businesses with a focus on nonprofits.
In developing web content and social campaigns, analytics and SEO are critical
to my business and the success of my clients. I often use my favorite nonprofit
charity, CharityWater.org as and example of online best practices for
nonprofits and will dissect their marketing efforts throughout this blog to
address specific topics.
